The Deitz Family Initiative for Global Affairs and Environment will host a conversation with Evan Tachovsky, global director of the Data Lab at the World Resources Institute, on what a career in impact technology looks like in the age of AI. Tachovsky will share his experience working on data and technology in favor of people, nature, and climate in a time when all three are also under threat. He will also reflect on the tensions, tradeoffs, and opportunities of building technology for public good amid rapid technological and political change.
