It will assess the state of the war in Ukraine and US and European backing for Kyiv, Europe's growing doubts about U.S. commitment and subsequent changes in European defense policy, and the risk that Russia could seek to exploit vulnerabilities that could arise as the United States shifts the burden onto Europe.
