The Blue Center for Global Strategic Assessment will host a lecture on “National Technology Policy” as part of the center’s Co-Lectures in the Theory and Practice of Statecraft series. The lecture will be delivered by Ketan Ramakrishnan, Associate Professor of Law, Yale Law School, and Nikita Lalwani, Director for Technology and National Security, National Security Council (’23–25).

The series pairs practitioners from government and industry with Yale professors to deliver joint, hour-long lectures on subjects of mutual expertise. Practitioners discuss events or policy initiatives in which they participated, and academics cover related insights or results generated by their research.

The lectures are open to the Yale community.
